Website analytics privacy
Updated September 11, 2026.
If you accept analytics, we use PostHog to understand which promotions bring visitors to Song Machines, which pages and controls they use, and where shopping journeys stop. PostHog uses browser storage to connect visits and records replays of interactions on our public sales pages.
We mask form inputs and do not record payment details, checkout recovery pages, private download pages, network request bodies or console logs. Session replay is a reconstruction of our webpage, not a recording of your computer screen.
Analytics data is processed by PostHog in the United States. We do not send your name or email address to PostHog. We record basic order amounts and refund totals separately from browser tracking. When available, a pseudonymous analytics identifier and campaign tags connect an accepted analytics session to a verified purchase. Without that connection, a purchase is reported as unattributed. Test visits and free friend-code orders are excluded from paid-sales reports.
You can decline analytics and still browse, try the plugin and purchase normally. Use Analytics settings at the bottom of the hero to change your choice. Declining stops future analytics and session recording in that browser. Necessary checkout and delivery processing is separate and continues to work.
